Staquest is an AI-powered platform for SaaS tool discovery, comparison, and stack building. We provide tool recommendations, pricing data, and analytics to help users make informed software purchasing decisions.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scraping data for commercial purposes, reverse engineering our AI models, or violating any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Staquest. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Staquest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
